Darley Dale supplies closed-die forgings to the automotive, aerospace and power generation industries. The facility follows a disciplined modernization schedule to maintain highly efficient production that measures up to the most demanding specifications. Darley Dale’s production includes aero-engine rotating parts in titanium and nickel-base super alloys, and steel and alloy parts for power transmission and bearing applications. Thanks to digital control, this facility is one of the few in the world that can accurately deliver exact press energy to provide the maximum in precision process control. With its emphasis on process integrity, the plant can optimize press energy and material deformation to provide the maximum in precision control.
